This 100 year old, recently remodeled and renovated family farm house sits behind a small vineyard where the original San Juan Bautista Mission vineyards were planted over 200 years ago. It is adjacent to the San Andreas Fault! The home is very clean and comfortably appointed with family pieces.
The two bedrooms are each beautifully furnished with comfortable queen beds and cozy quilts. The large eat-in kitchen has new appliances and lots of counter space where you can create your own gourmet meals. (Perfect for couples who enjoy cooking) Guests can pick veggies and herbs from the garden, in season, and enjoy oranges from the large tree in the back yard.
There are two large living areas
for quiet conversation, reading, watching TV or playing board
games.The guest house is not suitable for small children. Well
mannered children, 10 years and older, are welcome.
