Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 6359

The VFW traces its roots back to 1899 when veterans of the Spanish-American War (1898) and the Philippine Insurrection (1899-1902) founded local organizations to secure the rights and benefits for their service. Those organizations banded together to form what would become the Veterans of Foreign Wars. By May 28, 1936 when the 74th Congress issued the Congressional Charter incorporating the VFW, the membership grew to almost 200,000. Come and be a part of this wonderful organization! VFW San Juan Bautista Post 6359 Meeting Schedule: Every 2nd Thursdy. The VFW hall is also available to the public to rent for special events and meetings. Send email
